CCF — the region’s largest scholarship provider
Helping students in Greater Waterbury and the Litchfield Hills achieve their dreams of attending college since 1989, the Connecticut Community Foundation is the region's largest scholarship provider.
Connecticut Community Foundation administers nearly 100 different scholarship funds, generously established by area donors.
Dozens of volunteers serve on our Scholarship Committees to review and thoroughly consider the more than 450 applications submitted every year.
The Connecticut Community Foundation recently awarded scholarships to students in our 21-town service area for the 2009-2010 school year. The Foundation had a record year, presenting nearly 275 awards totaling close to $480,000.
