Organization Checkup
NAI’s Organization Checkup is an easy way to test your organization's use of nonprofit best practices.
During an Organization Checkup, all the key people in your organization take our simple online survey about your policies, processes and programs.
An NAI Advisor oversees administration of the survey, compiles the data in an easy-to-read format and helps you analyze the report to create a snapshot of the “health” of your nonprofit.
Your NAI Advisor acts as your consultant and maintains confidentiality. Advisors do not report discussions or results with the Connecticut Community Foundation or the United Way of Greater Waterbury. If your organization wishes to release the results to supporters and funders, local or national, the data can be made available.
NAI Organization Checkup is a tool designed to be used as you need it. There is a version for small, all-volunteer nonprofits and a more extensive tool for nonprofits with staff.
