We award two types of sponsorship grants (up to $2,500*) to support events in our 21-town service area hosted by 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations, libraries, over-55 communities and/or senior centers. Sponsorships are open to agencies who provide the majority of their programs and services in our 21-town area.
Organizations may request up to $2,500 for an underwriting grant, a challenge grant, or a combination of both. Typically, though, our grant awards are between $500 and $1,000. Carefully consider the amount you are requesting based on the anticipated event attendance, community impact and event budget.
Sponsorship grants are limited to one approved grant per calendar year per organization. Golf tournaments, walk-a-thons or other sports activities are ineligible for funding.
