Executive directors— want to tackle organizational issues without consultants’ fees?

We can pair you with an NAI Advisor for free! NAI Advisors are volunteers with extensive experience in nonprofit and for-profit organizations. They can help your organization plan changes to make on your own that can make your organization more effective. Advisors have a variety of skills and can assist you with board development and strategic planning. They can also facilitate planning sessions, offer specialized training, analyze financial systems, and administer and analyze the NAI’s Organization Checkup.
