Powerful Giving, Now and Forever

Leaving Your Legacy

You can support – forever – the organizations, institutions and causes you care about today and continue to make a difference in your community with a legacy gift at the Connecticut Community Foundation.

By adding to an existing endowment fund or creating a new fund through your estate or retirement plan, your charitable goals can be carried out exactly as you intend and you may reduce your estate taxes. We recommend that you discuss these opportunities with your family and your advisors.

Your advisors and CCF staff can help you structure your gift to best meet your charitable goals and to utilize the most appropriate assets.

The 1923 Society

We invite you to join The 1923 Society which honors those who tell of us their plans to include the Connecticut Community Foundation in their Will or estate plan.

The name recalls the year that seven visionary thinkers established the Foundation to improve the quality of life in our region.

Take your place among these forward looking individuals and let us know if you have included the Connecticut Community Foundation in your plans.

A list of those in The 1923 Society is available online, in our annual report or you may remain anonymous.

Meet The 1923 Society members.
