Work with FIMS database designed for foundations.
Duties include:
• Accurate inputting of data (maintaining mailing and e-mail lists)
• Generating reports
• Ability to format, link and analyze data for various foundation needs
• Assist in mailings, copying, etc.
• Receptionist duties

Qualifications
• Experience creating and working with Excel spreadsheets
• Good working knowledge of MS Word and Excel; experience using MS Outlook and Powerpoint helpful
• Ability to work accurately and independently
• Ability to conduct online research
• Pleasant phone manner

Approximately 5-10 hours per week at $10 per hour
Hours are flexible but must be done weekdays 9am-5pm
